Who are the Greasy Spooners? Let's just say once or twice a month we escape our labyrinth of cubicles and set out in search for a special kind of lunch. Lunch at a kind of place where maybe not all the plates match, but the foods always good. A kind of place that is owned by someone named Mom and Pop, and maybe the waitress has a cigarette hanging out of her mouth when she asked for your order. The kind of place that's disappearing, swallowed by a wave of chained owned suburban slop!
